3. Client Requirements

To receive our services, the client must meet the following requirements:

  • Be of legal age (18 years and older)
  • Have citizenship of a Singapore (except Israel, Ukraine and Belarus)
  • Provide reliable information about yourself and your case
  • Have a minimum damage amount of S$3,000
  • Provide necessary documents and evidence
  • Comply with contract terms and cooperate with our specialists

4. Service Provision Procedure

The service provision process includes the following stages:

  1. Free Consultation: analysis of the situation and assessment of chances of success
  2. Document Preparation: collection of necessary documents and preparation of claims
  3. Legal Work: conducting negotiations with banks and regulators
  4. Negotiations and Agreements: reaching agreement on fund recovery
  5. Fund Recovery: receiving positive decision and returning money

5. Service Payment

We work on a "success fee" principle:

  • Payment is made only after successful fund recovery
  • The commission is a certain percentage of the recovered amount
  • The commission amount is negotiated individually in each case
  • Advance payment is not required
  • In case of failure, the client does not bear additional expenses

6. Client Obligations

The client undertakes to:

  • Not take actions that may harm the case

7. Company Obligations

The Company undertakes to:

  • Act in the client's interests
  • Maintain confidentiality of information
  • Inform about the progress of work
  • Provide qualified legal assistance
  • Comply with professional ethics

8. Limitation of Liability

It is important to understand the following limitations:

  • We cannot guarantee 100% success in every case
  • The result depends on many factors, including the quality of evidence
  • Fund recovery time may vary from 2 to 6 months
  • We are not responsible for the actions of third parties
  • Our services are not financial advice

9. Confidentiality

We undertake to maintain confidentiality:
